Zero Toxic Waste Stream

All Greenline processor systems are completely sealed or under vacuum, thus eliminating any leakage or loss of valuable materials or toxic waste. Furthermore, all systems use a double methanol evaporation and recovery system, designed to reclaim every possible amount of methanol.

Waterless wash means no toxic water waste stream to process, further reducing operating costs, and licensing fees.

Zero Chemical Handling

Catalyst is premixed in liquid form and does not require handling. All raw materials are contained within the system and workers are not required to handle nor exposed to any caustic chemicals.

Remote Monitor/Operation

Touch screen computer control of all system components is standard on all Greenline biodiesel processing plants. Real time monitoring of all valves, pumps, pressures, temperatures, flow speeds, and processes, allow operators and managers a fast and reliable way to control the system. The entire system can monitored or controlled remotely via the internet.

Zero Water Requirements

Because Greenline uses the latest waterless fuel polishing technology, our systems use zero water. That means less cost and a higher grade of fuel.

Extended Fuel Shelf Life

The waterless fuel polishing technology has another distinct advantage, fuel storage life is greatly extended. Because we do not pour water on the fuel to clean it as do other systems, our fuel is not saturated with water. The net result is about a 30% longer storage life, and a much better cloud / pour point factor.

Ultra Dry Fuel

Excess water is the Achilles heal of the biodiesel producers work. To rid this pest from your work, Greenline has two evaporation stations, and several vacuum sources along the processing path. All told, the fuel coming out of a Greenline system is top quality.

Continuous Flow

All our systems are based on a continuous flow design. All you do is keep the feedstock tanks full and we will do the rest. Even periodic maintenance of filters can be done while the system is in production. Continuous flow means stable fuel quality and round the clock production. Because the system is fully automated, start up and shut down times are less than one hour.

Modular Design Flexibility

Greenline's skid mounted system offers total flexibility allowing easy installation in a wide range of plant configurations. Modular design provides customers with the option of expanding their production capabilities at any time.

ASTM Spec Fuel

As you read this document, Greenline's biodiesel processing systems are producing ASTM fuel at various locations around the United States . We guarantee ASTM grade fuel, provided feedstock specifications are met.

Training and Warranty

All Greenline equipment is warrantied for one year parts and labor.

Once your system has been installed by Greenline technicians, Greenline will stay on sight to ensure ASTM spec fuel is being produced. All systems include a 5 day training course, for up to 8 operators.

Sizes from 500K to 40mm

Greenline offers a processing solution for every configuration and size. Our smallest unit can be fitted into a space requiring less than 1000 square feet. Larger units will process over 40 million gallons per year.
